1.  To set up Netscape Navigator just follow these steps.  First open up Netscape Navigator.  Then go to the Options menu and open up the General Preferences option as below.

           

2.  Then select the Appearance tab and enter http://www.surfglobal.net  as follows and click on OK.

3.  Next click on the Options menu again and select Mail and News Preferences.

            

4.  Select the Servers tab and enter the server information and your user id as follows. Type mail.surfglobal.net in the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server box. Type mail.surfglobal.net in the Incoming Mail (POP) Server box. Type your user name in the POP User Name box (i.e. username@surfglobal.net).   (Optional) Type news.surfglobal.net in the News (NNTP) Server box.

            

5.  Now select the Identity tab and enter your Name and your GlobalNet Email Address (i.e. username@surfglobal.net) and Click OK.

            

6.  You now have successfully set-up Netscape Navigator.
